Turner’s syndrome is an endocrine disease which affects approximately 1 in 2500 females. The clinical features of this disease are Individuals invariably have short stature from an early stage and this is often the initial symptom. This disease occurs mainly due to lack of SHOX gene, located on chromosome X and Y in the body. Some major symptoms of this disease are genital tract and external genitalia in Turner’s syndrome are female in character, since this is the default development outcome in the absence of testes. Due to this disease some character is getting changed to avoid this proper treatment should be taken. The diagnosis of this disease is confirmed by karyotype analysis.
