The important observations of this disease are menstrual history, calculation of body weight, measurement of blood pressure; deep voice etc. It can be investigated by taking a blood sample of testosterone. Patients affected with disease are cannot suppress the androgen secreting tumours and serum testosterone. This disease can be cured by taking treatment of PCOS and idiopathic hirsutism with help of this androgen can be established.
