Health

Health is said be one of the most valuable resources for everyday life activity and it emphasizes on personal resources as well as physical capabilities. It is treated as a positive concept and can be viewed in two aspects-physical health and mental health. Physical health is the outcome of proper diet and nutrition while mental health can be viewed by looking at how effectively a person is being able to handle normal level of stress and leads an independent life. Health can be maintained through the lifestyle choices of both the individual as well as the society. A combination of physical, social and most importantly mental well-being is necessary to achieve overall health.
